Meet Our Instructors |

Steve Dembowski - Coach Steve brings over 30 years of Collegiate and professional baseball experience to In TheSwing. After playing his college ball at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, Steve played 16 years of professional Baseball with the Moonachie Braves of the famous Metropolitan League, where he was a 5-time all star. He was also manger of the Braves for many years, earning 6 division championships during his tenure. Coach Steve is a former scout for the Cincinnati Reds and is a member of the FDU Athletic Hall of Fame. He is our lead instructor here at In The Swing, and is available for private and group lessons. |

| Pat Mulkeen - Pat has been playing the game of baseball since he was 5 years old. He has been one of our most requested instructors for the last 4 years. Pat was an All-County selection out of Paramus Catholic High School, and went on to star for the Ramapo College baseball team. Pat still plays and coaches the game he loves, and is available for individual instruction, as well as teaching our classes. |

Batting Cage policy
All 6 of our batting cage/tunnels are available
for General Coin-Operated batting, as in the past,
as well as for personal and team training through rentals.
Baseball and Softball instruction may
be taking place in the cages as well, primarily in the
areas occupied by the 75 mph baseball cage,
and the Slow Pitch Softball cage.
Please call ahead at 201-444-3556
to ensure that the cage/tunnel
you want is available. Cage/tunnel rentals
are available in 15/30/45/60 minute
intervals, and can be rented
with or without use of the pitching machines

General Batting
Saturdays and Sundays
12:00 noon to 4:00 pm
All other times feature mixed
General Bating and Cage rentals
Please call ahead to reserve a batting cage
or check on the availability of your favorite cage.
We do not accept same-day cage rentals.

mph cage policy
The 75 mph cage and adjacent Slow Pitch Softball
cage are our primary areas
for our baseball and softball instruction. General Batting via
the
coin-operated system may be limited at certain times for these cages as a
result.
Please call ahead to check on availability.
Reminder
- Our baseball and softball training area has recently been renovated.
The "platform" is
gone, and as a result, so is the automatic ball return. Please be courteous
and use
the buckets to collect the balls and reload the machines before the next
batter. Thanks!
